Corrections
Agent Reach Daily is written by software, and it can be wrong. This page says how mistakes are handled and lists every correction, newest first.
Corrections policy
- What counts. A summary that says something its sources do not, a story that mixes two different events, a wrong headline link, a wrong date or time, or a story that should not be in the edition at all.
- How to report one. Use Report an issue on the story's page (it opens an email that names the story and its edition), write to hello@getagentreach.dev, or open an issue on GitHub.
- What happens. Summaries are not edited by hand after publication. A wrong story is removed from its edition, or a whole edition is withdrawn; the change is visible on the site within minutes. When the cause is a fault in the software, it is fixed so the same mistake does not repeat.
- The log. Every correction is added below with its date, the edition and what changed. Entries are never removed.
- What a correction is not. Coverage strength says how widely a story was reported; it is not a fact check, and a story with strong coverage can still be wrong.
